Municipal Court is generally held the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Dardenne Prairie City Hall.  Check the events calendar for specific dates, especially during weeks containing a holiday.

Do not call on or attempt to pay your ticket until at least three (3) days have passed from the date you received the ticket. Tickets may then be paid in person at City Hall up until 3:00 p.m. the day of court or by mail. Cash and money orders are the only acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted. DO NOT MAIL CASH.  Mail early, as payments received after the court date incur additional fines and penalties. CONTINUANCES ARE NOT GRANTED THE DAY OF COURT.

NOTE: By paying your ticket in advance of your court date, you are in effect, pleading guilty as charged. All moving violations are reported to the Department of Revenue and may be subject to point assessments.

ATTORNEYS: To enter by mail, send your entry of appearance and request for recommendation along with the driver history and a self-addressed stamped envelope to Court Clerk. To enter online, go to www.muniproj.com (driver history can be uploaded). Recommendations will not be made until a driver history is received.

YOU MUST APPEAR IN COURT IF:

• You are 17 years old or younger. A parent or guardian must appear with you
• You were charged with speeding 25 or more miles per hour over the posted limit
• You were charged with Driving While Suspended or Revoked
• You were charged with Driving Under the Influence or Driving While Intoxicated
• You have had two (2) or more prior charges in Dardenne Prairie
• Non-traffic offenses
• Housing Code Violations
